Allendale 2011
The Allendale Challenge is one of my favourite races, its beautiful,tough, local and this year it was gloriously sunny. Its on of those must do event, but being in early April it can go from snow one year to heat stroke the next, last year i’d ran a PB at 5.22 this year i was aiming for anything under 6 hours, but much to my own surprise i put in a 4.37 knocking 45 minutes of last year and coming in the top 1/3, something of a first for me.
